How we help
Therapy for Children and Young Adults
Helping a young human develop can come with joys and challenges. At times, it may be difficult to know if our young loved ones are experiencing age appropriate behavior and emotionality, or if a more significant need is present. If your family seeks clarification, deeper understanding or believes your young person may be struggling with an emotional or behavioral disorder, we’re here to help.
Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual psychotherapy offers a space for adults to explore issues influencing quality of life. If you are navigating anxiety, depression, or other challenges that are making it difficult for you to experience happiness and ease in your day to day life, Trillium can help. Therapy can help develop stamina, persistence and distress tolerance; supporting people as they learn the tools to support themselves, or to alter their perspective to decrease distress in daily life.
Assessments
Trillium Psychological Services offers private Gifted Assessments for elementary school children — providing feedback on the child’s strengths, learning style, educational needs, challenges, and individual characteristics.
Bariatric Surgery Evaluations are available for adults seeking a psychological assessment pre-surgery.
If you or a loved one are experiencing challenges that impact your quality of life, Trillium is here to help.
